Introduction
Dr. Neerja Singh, PhD, LICSW, LADC, is the MSW Field Director and Clinical Faculty member at the University of St. Thomas School of Social Work. She brings extensive experience in behavioral health leadership, public service, clinical practice, and social work education. Her work focuses on rehumanizing human services, advancing health equity, strengthening children's mental health systems, and preparing students for ethical, culturally responsive practice. A 2023 Bush Fellow, Neerja is also a board-approved clinical supervisor and an active trainer and presenter on leadership, ethics, and behavioral health.
