Introduction

Kevin Henderson, PhD, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, human resources and leadership, and leads the graduate-level study abroad program in Latin America.

Henderson is passionate about sparking student interest in the topic of management and developing their communication and critical thinking skills. To accomplish these goals he utilizes experiential learning in class through cases, discussions and team activities to keep students engaged and to highlight how the course material can help students be more effective not only at work, but in life.

His research interests include psychological contracts, turnover, job satisfaction, managing your boss, and the use of social media in selection. His primary research area is psychological contract breach, which focuses on the effects of broken organizational promises on employee attitudes and behaviors and how organizations can best address its occurrence.
