Introduction

Dr. Jami Lercher (she/her) brings nearly two decades of experience in choral leadership to her role as Director of Choral Studies at the University of St. Thomas. From teaching elementary classroom music to directing adult community choirs, she has witnessed the power of community singing and music education at every age. As a conductor and professional singer, Jami has performed nationally and internationally with Cleveland Chamber Choir, Renatum Chamber Choir, and American Music Abroad. She also serves at the National ACDA R&R C0-Chair for Youth and Student Activities When not making music, she loves to spend time exploring the great outdoors with her family.
