I am new to the Twin Cities as of August 2022. I recently taught at Miami University in Ohio and Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire. My primary research encompasses Health Economics, Public Economics, and Experimental Economics. I have secondary research interesting Law and Economics and Public Choice. My current research involves studying an adverse selection and moral hazards in health insurance, and the employment effects of the employer shared responsibility provision from the ACA.
