Introduction
I am an environmental microbiologist. My research focuses primarily on soil fungi and their roles in plant litter decomposition, carbon cycling, and biomineralization. Courses I routinely teach include Biological Communication & Energetics, Microbiology, and the senior capstone course Microbiomes in a Changing World.
