Lindsay is a Registered Nurse who brings 20 years of nursing experience to her role, including in home care and hospice at Fairview Lakes Homecaring and Hospice as well as pediatric nursing at Children's Minnesota. She led Children's Minnesota effort to obtain accreditation with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs. Linsay holds a DNP from St. Catherine University, an MBA from the College of St. Scholastica, an MA in Nursing Education and a BSN from the St. Catherine University. She is also an implicit bias mitigation facilitator and a member of the Nursing Diversity Collaborative at Children's Minnesota.
