Introduction
After beginning his academic career in 1997 as an assistant professor for a counseling psychology program in Singapore, Dr. Jennings joined the University of St. Thomas in 1999 and is now a full professor. Dr. Jennings enjoys balancing his teaching, research, practice, and service. He currently teaches several MA level courses including Introduction to Group Psychotherapy, Basic Counseling Skills Lab, Counseling Practicum, Theories of Career Development, and Diversity Issues in Counseling in Singapore (study abroad course). At the doctoral level, Dr. Jennings teaches Research Methods: Qualitative.
Dr. Jennings is a Licensed Psychologist and has a private practice specializing in men's issues, career development, and group psychotherapy. Dr. Jennings' research interests include psychotherapy expertise, international/multicultural counseling, and career development.
