Introduction
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette in 1985. I majored in Philosophy and English. I received a PhD in Philosophy from SUNY Buffalo in 1990. My doctoral director was Jorge J. E. Gracia. I have taught philosophy at the University of St. Thomas since 1990 (when it was the College of St. Thomas!)
