Introduction

Dr. Gary G. Jing is an ASQ Fellow and author of Lean Six Sigma for Beginners, currently the director of Quality at Phillips and Temro Industries, and adjunct faculty at University of St. Thomas. He has worked as a continuous improvement director at CommScope. He was on the U.S. delegation to ISO Technical Committee 176 and participated in the development of ISO 9000:2015 as the secretary. A PhD in industrial engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Jing is also a Master Black Belt, ASQ-certified quality engineer and quality manager.
