Gary Atkinson's principal interests are in Platonic and Aristotelian metaphysics, philosophy of nature, and ethics. He has recently authored a book "Socrates' Search for Moral Truth" which defends the existence of moral knowledge and delineates the traits necessary to gain that knowledge.
