I chose to work at Dougherty Family College because I have the joy to work towards the common good of education for all by helping to eliminate the barriers many people face to access and be successful in higher education. The University of Saint Thomas is a mission driven institution, and at DFC, we are focused on eliminating the gap created by systemic inequality that makes it very hard for some people to attend and feel they belong in college. I couldn't be happier to work every day supporting scholars lifelong learning adventure -- It is an honor to assist scholars achieve their academic goals.
