Carrie Thysse O'Neill is an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas and Vice President of Privacy Risk Management at U.S. Bank. She specializes in privacy, data protection, and regulatory risk management. At U.S. Bank she leads the enterprise privacy risk oversight program, focusing on incident response efforts, and manages compliance with evolving domestic and global privacy regulations.
She holds a Juris Doctor, an LL.M. in Compliance and Ethics, and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Risk and Responsibility from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She is admitted to practice in State and Federal Court. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, and two kids.
