Abstract
What is beauty? How can the law protect beauty? What impact does an appreciation for beauty have on environmental legislation?
Co-sponsored by the Murphy Institute and Claritas Initiative, this program will explore the role of beauty in the law with its particular application to environmental protections. Faculty of the University of St. Thomas will present theological, legal, and practical perspectives as we seek to understand the legal embodiment of the virtue of beauty.
