When Two Become Three:Adding Staff to E-Resource Management

We created a new position for managing electronic resources from an open circulation position. We’ll describe the process from defining the position to hiring and training and our background and rationale for the decisions we made. Adding a third staff resulted in centralized and improved e-resources management.
