Is St. Paul Unconstitutional?

Constitutional commentary, Vol.23(1), p.1

Abstract

Candy Church & state Constitutional law Easter Names Religion & politics
A constitutional controversy was recently sparked in St. Paul MN by a government employee who gave Easter candy to visiting citizens, some of whom became offended by the gesture. Like the names of many cities, the name St. Paul itself is arguably unconstitutional and would be found more offensive than candy if objective and reasonable forces were actually at work.
