Opportunities will be provided for gifted students to engage in meaningful research, to foster critical and creative thinking and develop problem solving strategies. The 21st Century and Beyond The 2010 NAGC position paper, "Redefining Giftedness for a New Century: Shifting the Paradigm," provides guidance regarding the education of gifted students in the 21st century.
