Abstract
The role of women in the US Congress has been addressed in a number of recent works. The present volume says little that's new. The book's flaws begin with its title, which promises to focus on the role of women. Unfortunately, the contributors-[Michele A. Paludi] (Union Graduate College School of Management) among them-offer a caricature that focuses on anecdotes rather than systematic investigation.
